You have often heard of temporary work.
It is indeed a job that is defined more by what it is not. It is not a CDI or a CDD. As its name suggests, temporary work is the provision of an employee to a company for short-term and one-off assignments, and for a specific task. The temporary worker is put in contact with the company through an agency (ALPHA RH and SERVICES). We therefore use temporary employment contracts when:
- An employee of the company is absent for a long period (work stoppage, leave, maternity, etc.);
- The company must cope with a rise in load;
- many employees are absent at the same time (summer holidays);
- An employee has not yet taken up his duties;
- A post is due to be deleted soon, but it is not yet;
- The job is seasonal;
- The job is a “customary” job;
- Urgent work is to be carried out, in order to prevent serious situations and imminent dangers
